GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HOTEL

FOR RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION OF INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS IN DUNI ROYAL RESORT

Early booking for Marina Royal Palace and Marina Beach: until 31.03.2021, incl.

Early booking for Belleville, Pelican and Holiday Village: until 30.04.2021, incl.

  • When paying for the reservation, please provide us with details of a natural person (name, surname, address) or legal entity (company) for issuing an invoice.
  • The hours for check-in and check-out are as follows:

SEASON 1: 30.04 - 31.05 / 23.09 - 30.09

SEASON 2: 01.06 - 14.06 / 11.09 - 22.09

SEASON 3: 15.06 - 30.06 / 01.09 - 10.09

  • Check-in: after 14:00 on arrival date. HOTEL does not guarantee customer accommodation earlier.
  • Check out: until 12 o'clock on the departure date. THE HOTEL may also allow late check out for a fee if the occupancy allows it or if there are promotional conditions in that direction.

 

SEASON 4: 01.07 – 31.08

  • Check-in: after 14:30 on arrival date. HOTEL does not guarantee customer accommodation earlier.
  • Check out: until 11:30 on the departure date. THE HOTEL may also allow late check out for a fee if the occupancy allows it or if there are promotional conditions in that direction.

 

  • Customers can make annulations if following the terms and deadlines below:

 

Season 1: 30.04. – 31.05 / 23.09 – 30.09

  • 7 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations received after the date set as a free cancellation period will be charged for a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount.

 

Season 2: 01.06 - 14.06 / 11.09 - 22.09

  • 10 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations received after the date set as a free cancellation period will be charged for a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount.

 

Season 3: 15.06 - 30.06 / 01.09 - 10.09

  • 14 days before the arrivel date.
  • Cancellations received after the date set as a free cancellation period will be charged for a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

 

Season 4: 01.07 - 31.08

  • 21 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations received after the date set as a free cancellation period will be charged for a penalty of 100% of the reservation amount.

 

  • In case of no-show or early departure, a penalty of 100% of the booked stay is due at the stated prices
  • In case that the HOTEL is not able to provide customers with accommodation in the negotiated facility of their fault, including overbooking, they are obliged to provide an equivalent alternative in suitable hotels of the same or higher category in the resort, with the same layout and amenities.
  • Mandatory presentation of birth certificate or international passport of children, at reception before check-in!

Method of payment

In case of a reservation for accommodation, the present conditions represent a hotel service contract concluded between Duni JSC and the guest. The reservation valid after making a 100% advance payment by card under the following conditions. The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of an automatically generated confirmation from the hotel at the email address you provided. In case the payment is not made, the reservation is considered canceled.

To pay for the reservation through an online payment form developed and managed by Borika, you will be required to provide credit or debit card details (including type, number, CVC code, validity, cardholder's name). This data is provided voluntarily and can only be used to pay for the reservation. Only the bank has access to this data. At no point in the booking and payment process  Duni JSC  have no access to customer bank data.

The costs for bank fees, as well as taxes for conversion in case the used bank card is in a different currency from Bulgarian levs are at the expense of the client. Therefore, we recommend our clients to consult with their bank for any additional fees that may be charged to them for online payments for services offered on the site.

Cancellations and refunds

The refund of amounts made with a bank card will be done by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 14 days. The refunded amount does not include the fees deducted by the bank.

The amount of refunds is determined in accordance with the deadlines defined in the general conditions, described in detail when making the reservation, they are also present in the confirmation of the reservation, which each guest receives after making it.
